Abstract

The invention provides a method and device for adjusting the rotating speed of a wind generating set in a self-adaptive manner. The method includes the steps that wind sources of an installation machine site of the wind generating set are determined; the starting and stopping frequency of the wind generating set, the turbulence intensity value of the installation machine site and the loads of thewind generating set are determined according to the determined wind sources; the minimum running rotating speed of the wind generating set is adjusted based on the blade passing frequency of the windgenerating set, the first-order inherent frequency of a tower of the wind generating set, the starting and stopping frequency and the output power of the wind generating set; and the maximum running rotating speed of the wind generating set is adjusted based on the rated rotating speed limit value of the wind generating set, the turbulence intensity value and the loads. By the adoption of the method and device for adjusting the rotating speed of the wind generating set in the self-adaptive manner, the power generation performance of the wind generating set can be optimized, the running safetyof the wind generating set is ensured, and the economical efficiency of the wind generating set is improved.
