Problems solved by technology

[0003] As we all know, except for a very small amount of existing waste textiles that are used by people using physical methods, they can neither be reused nor directly reprocessed after recycling, and can only be used as landfills or incinerated.
Not only waste land resources but also cause secondary pollution

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for modifying both an injection-grade PA66 material and PET prepared from waste polyester textiles through chemical depolymerization, purification and polymerization so as to prepare a novel injection-molded alloy material. The method comprises the following steps: subjecting waste polyester textiles to depolymerization, filtration, decolorization and purification with glycerin residues having been heated to 260-280 DEG C, then performing polymerization to form PET, adding a compatibilizer and other additives, then adding a certain proportion of an injection-grade PA66 material, carrying out uniform mixing and then performing extrusion and granulation to obtain the novel special PET-PA66 injection-molded alloy material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses a method of using polyester waste textiles, adopting chemical depolymerization, purification and polymerization to form PET, and adding PA66 injection plastic to modify it into a new material for alloy injection molding. [0002] technical background [0003] As we all know, except for a very small amount of existing waste textiles that are used by people using physical methods, they can neither be reused nor directly reprocessed after recycling, and can only be landfilled or incinerated. Not only wasting land resources but also causing secondary pollution. Contents of the invention [0004] The purpose of the present invention is in order to overcome the defective of above-mentioned background technology, not only completely eliminate this backward processing mode fundamentally, solve secondary pollution thoroughly. The PET plus injection molding grade PA66 material formed by chemical depolymerization, purification and polyme...
