The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: 1) drawing a metal conductor into a metal wire at a high temperature; 2) coating the periphery of the metal wire with an insulating layer to obtain an insulating wire core; 3) coating an adhesive on the outer wall ofthe insulated wire core to form a stranded body; 4) wrapping the stranded body with a layer of steel belt, and then wrapping the stranded body with an insulating flame-retardant layer; 5) adding a fluorescent material to the outer side of the insulating flame-retardant layer; 6) cutting the stranded body according to a certain length; 7) arranging an amplitude controller and an alarm device matched with the amplitude controller outside the insulating flame-retardant layer.
