Abstract

The control device of the present invention includes an inverter (11), a first drive unit (51), a first boost unit (61), a second drive unit (52), and a second boost unit (62). The inverter (11) has a plurality of high potential switching elements (111, 112, 113) and a plurality of low potential switching elements (114, 115, 116), and supplies electric power from a power supply (5) to a motor (80). The first driving unit (51) can control the operation of the high-potential switching elements (111, 112, 113). The first booster (61) is connected to the first drive unit (51), boosts the voltage of the power supply (5), and outputs the boosted voltage to the first drive unit (51). The second driving unit (52) can control the operation of the low potential switching elements (114, 115, 116).
