The micro-nano integrated solid-state thin-film lithium battery comprises a substrate and a plurality of thin-film lithium battery micro-units formed on the substrate, wherein the substrate is provided with a conductive circuit; the thin-film lithium battery micro-units are electrically connected to the conductive circuit; each thin-film lithium battery micro-unit comprises two independent current collectors, a positive electrode film, a solid electrolyte membrane and a negative electrode film which are successively formed on the substrate; the two current collectors are electrically connected to the conductive circuit; one of the current collectors is in electrical contact with the positive electrode film; the other one of the current collectors is in electrical contact with the negative electrode film; and the solid electrolyte membrane is disposed between the positive electrode film and the negative electrode film.
