Abstract

The bearing outer ring quenching mold comprises an upper mold, a lower mold, alower mold base, a guide base and a disk spring. The upper mold and the lower mold are used for clamping and positioning a bearing outer ring. The guide base is connected to the lower mold base. Thelower mold sleeves the guide base in a slidable mode. The disk spring sleeves the guide base and elastically supports the space between the lower mold and the lower mold base. The bearing outer ring quenching device comprises a power device and the bearing outer ring quenching mold. The power device is connected with the upper mold. The bearing outer ring quenching mold is high in force bearing capacity. The dispersion difference of bearings which are quenched by the bearing outer ring quenching device is small.
