The method comprises the steps that a lock side is connected with a server side through the lock connectorand a mobile terminal; during unlocking, the lock connector initiates unlocking, then, the lock side generates a random code, and the random code is sent to the server side. The server side performs calculation with the combination of the random code and a connection secret key to obtain an authorization code, then, the authorization code is sent to the lock side, the lock side performs calculation with the combination of the random code and the connection secret key to obtain a verification code, whether the verification code and the authorization code are consistent or not is judged throughcomparison, and when the two codes are consistent, unlocking is performed. After unlocking is completed, the lock connector stores an unlocking record. During locking, the lock connector initiates locking, if the corresponding lock side exists in the unlocking record, a locking instruction is sent, if not, locking authorization is requested from the server side, and after authorization is obtained, the locking instruction is sent to the lock side. The method avoids one-way control of the server side over the lock side, whether or not to unlock is judged through interaction of the two parties,and unlocking is safer.
