The process includes the steps of: (1) putting 75kg of soybeans or soybean milk and 25kg of food-grade brown sugar into a sealed container, stirring the substances with 60DEG C hot water uniformly into a sugar water solution, and cooling the product for standby use; (2) adding a total 1.5kg of bacillus megatherium,jelly-like bacillus and bacillus laterosporus into a container, and stirring the substances uniformly for expanding culture; (3) adding 650kg of water into the container, introducing oxygen, and keeping the temperature in the container at 28-30DEG C at the same time; and (4) detecting the pH value, EC value and OPR value every day, and recording the data; (5) when the EC value reaches 1.3 and theOPR value reaches 200, adding 250kg of selenium ore powder of raw ore, and performing stirring continuously at a low speed; and (6) further detecting and recording the pH value, EC value and OPR valueevery day till 30 days when the pH value reaches 4, the EC value reaches 1.0 and the OPR value reaches 300, thus obtaining a finished product.
