Abstract

The present invention relates to a strain of alkalophilic and aerobic denitrifying bacteria and application thereof. The strain is named as pseudomonas HK13 and is preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection, the preservation number is CCTCC NO:M2019611, the preservation date is August 7, 2019, the preservation address is Wuhan University, No.299, Bayi Road, Wuchang District, Wuhan City,Hubei Province, China. Under the optimal growth conditions, the strain KK13 has a total nitrogen removal rate of 92.62% in 12 h and an average nitrogen removal rate of 8.26 mg (L.h)<-1>, and denitrification speed is high and denitrification is effective. The adaptive PH range of the strain is6.5-10. In a strong alkali environment with pH being 10, the removal rate of total nitrogen oxide by the strain is more than 98% in 16h, and it is indicated that the strain has alkali resistance and can be used for treatment of nitrate-containing alkaline wastewater. The strain has high tolerance to bothnitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen, is suitable for wastewater containing nitrate and nitrite with higher concentration, and is wide in application prospects in the field of sewage treatment.
