The invention discloses a multi-point water inlet aeration anoxic-aerobic high-efficient nitrogen and phosphorus removal method. The method sequentially comprises the following steps of: (1) introducing sewage to be treated into a grille regulating tank through a water inlet pipe; (2) dividing the water after pretreatment by the grille regulating tank into two lines, wherein one line leads to an aeration tank and the other line leads to an anoxic tank; (3) sending the water in the anoxic tank into an aerobic tank; (4) dividing nitrified water after nitrification treatment in the aerobic tank into two lines, wherein one line returns to the anoxic tank, and the other line flows into a precipitation tank to perform mud-water separation; and (5) lifting sludge through a sludge lifting device, transporting the residual sludge to the outside through a sludge discharge pipe after passing through a sludge treatment system, and returning the sludge after lifting into the aeration tank. The method disclosed by the invention is suitable for new and transformation upgrading projects of high-ammonia nitrogen village and small town/industrial sewage treatment works, has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in management and maintenance, low cost, good treatment effects, strong nitrogen removal effect and the like, and is less affected by climatic conditions.

The water intake pipe is switched in from the upper part, and the reaeration of the system bottom at reaction stage is intensified by the ventilating pipe, which improve the nitration efficiency. After the reaction finishes, discharging is carried out by the bottom water output pipe, and then the constructed wetland is at an emptying and idlesse step, wherein the reaeration of the constructed wetland system is completed, so as to improve the nitration efficiency of the system, the oxidative decomposition of sludge and the jam of the system. By virtue of the synergistic effects of adsorption, flocculation and biological transformation, the problems that an existing urban sewage treatment system cannot be used for effectively removing some hardly-degradable organic matters and soluble pollutants such as phosphorus and nitrogen can be solved, and thus a condition that effluent can reach the first grade A standard which is superior to the national urban and town sewage discharge standard can be ensured.

The process combines an ion exchange technology, a microbial enhancement technology and an anaerobic denitrification technology, uses the ion exchange resin to remove the total nitrogen, and thendilutes the desorption solution into the denitrification biological filter. A salt-tolerant anaerobic denitrifying biofilm is formed on a filler through pre-acclimation in a tank, so that the denitrification function of a biological nitrogen removal reactor is effectively improved, thereby achieving the purpose of removing the total nitrogen in the resin desorption liquid.
