The invention provides an aviation wire harness conduction and insulation intelligent detection system which comprises a 6*4 matrix switch, a digital multimeter, an insulation detector, a high-voltagematrix switch, a 1-out-of-128 multi-path gating switch and a control unit, wherein a high-voltage relay array is formed by 1021 high-voltage relays, one group is formed by every two high-voltage relays, one end of each group of high-voltage relays is electrically connected with two paths of an insulation detection signal path in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the other end of each group of high-voltage relays is electrically connected with each other to form a path of first detection port, two paths of the insulation detection signal path are electrically connected with two output channels of a 6*4 matrix switch in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the 1-out-of-128 multi-path gating switch comprises an input channel and 128 output channels, the control unit is used for controllingthe 6*4 matrix switch, the digital multimeter, the 512*2 high-voltage matrix switch, the 1-out-of-128 multi-path gating switch and the insulation detector to realize conduction and insulation withstand voltage detection together.
