According to the high concentration photovoltaic-city power combined drive photovoltaic and photothermal integrated air source and water source dual-source heat pump energy system and a running method thereof, waste heat of a traditional high concentration photovoltaic module is collected to make domestic hot water or to be supplied to a dual-source heat pump. Under a heat supplying mode, when sunniness is enough, concentrated photovoltaic direct current directly drives a compressor of the heat pump to take heat from air, and the heat pump is made to perform heat production cycle to prepare the hot watertogether with a high concentration photovoltaic heat collecting system; when the sunniness is not enough, low-temperature water generated by the heat collecting system flows through a refrigerant-water plate type heat exchanger, and the refrigerant-water plate type heat exchanger is taken as a dual-source evaporator of the heat pump together with an air-cooling heat exchanger to make the heat pump run to produce heat; and under conditions such as rain or at night when electricity cannot be generated, the heat pump system is driven by city power.
