According tothe invention, idle channels with less interference are selected for communication by using wireless spectrum sensing, so that the influence of busy channels or channels with more interference on thecommunication quality is effectively reduced; through random frequency point switching among a plurality of channels, communication interruption caused by burst interference in a single channel is avoided; besides, even if a channel in communication is interrupted by sudden interference, the alternative channel list carried in the beacon frame can enable the anti-interference access point and theterminal to be switched to other channels at the same time for continuous communication, so that the robustness of the system is improved; on the premise of having high compatibility with WiFi, compared with the prior art, the influence of interference in a channel on the communication rate and reliability is remarkably reduced.
