The core insert component comprises a docking platform which is positioned and assembled on an optical fiber connector shell, and a crimping member which is arranged on a docking side of the docking platform so as to cooperate with the docking platform to compress a pre-embedded optical fiber and an external optical fiber which are docked; the core insert component further comprises a clamping member which is clamped outside the docking platform and the crimping member; the clamping member comprises elastic clamp arms on two sides which are elastically clamped on the docking platform; and the elastic clamp arms on the two sides are relatively contracted along a direction away from the crimping member,so that the docking platform applies an action force, which forces the clamping member to carry the crimping member to move toward a compression direction, to the clamping member through the elastic clamping arms on the two sides.
