According to the invention, an EtherCAT protocol stack is realized under a window kernel; the timer with higher timing precision is realized by adopting a DPC timer, and transceiving and real-time processing of an EtherCAT periodic message are carried out; and the driving interface of the physical network port is directly used for transmitting and receiving data, so that the data delay time is reduced.
