The preparation method of the high-color-rendering LED comprises the following steps: fixing a red light chip, a green light chip and two blue light chips; binding the chips in series; covering the blue light chips with yellow light YAG fluorescent powder; and integrally packaging a light emitting module by using transparent packaging adhesive to obtain the high-color-rendering LED.
