The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a color temperature tunable LED lamp and the LED lamp. The method comprises the following steps: distributing a circuit board and fixed welding positions of LED chips on a substrate according to the luminance distribution conditions and manufacturing requirements of a plurality of LED chips; selecting a material for contact positions of the substrate and the LED chips according to material types of base layers of the LED chips, and carrying out adhesive dispensing and fixed welding on the substrate; blending different proportions of fluorescent powder according to the color temperature requirement of the LED lamp, and mixing and stirring the fluorescent powder and silica gel according to the required proportion; dispensing the mixed fluorescent powder gel on the surfaces of the LED chips; and baking the LED chips, coating with protective adhesive, and completing the encapsulation process of the plurality of LED chips. The manufacturing method has advanced process and easily controlled flow. The color temperature tunable LED lamp has good color rendering index and high luminous efficiency, and the color rendering index and the luminous efficiency cannot be reduced because of the change of the color temperature.

System, method and tool for optimizing generation of high CRI white light, and an optimized combination of light emitting diodes

The present invention relates to a system, method and tool for optimizing combination of Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs), and to an optimized combination of LEDs. The system and method provide a plurality of LEDs and corresponding specifications. Then, a color temperature and a color rendering index are selected. Calculations are performed for subgroups of LEDs. At least one optimized combination of LEDs having an optimized corresponding luminous flux is identified according to selected color temperature, color rendering index and LEDs' specifications. In another aspect, the present invention relates to a tool for optimizing white light generated by a combination of LEDs. The tool comprises a repository for storing specifications for the combination of LEDs, a selection module for selecting at least one of the following parameters: a color temperature, a color rendering index and a maximum shift variance from a black body locus, and a processing module for calculating for subgroups of LEDs resulting color temperature, color rendering index, luminous flux, and for identifying an optimized selection of LEDs. The present invention also relates to an optimized combination of LEDs for producing white light with high color rendering index, the combination of LEDs excluding blue LEDs.

The invention discloses a near ultraviolet excited double perovskite single matrix white light fluorescent material and preparation and application thereof. The chemical formula of the double perovskite material meets A<2>B<1-x>C<x>B'<1-y>Ln<y>X<6>, wherein A, B and C are one or combination of more of normal monovalent cations or cationic groups, and A, B and C are different from one another; B' is one or combination of more of Al, Bi, In normal trivalent cations or cationic groups; and Ln is one or combination of more of various kinds of normal trivalent rare earth elements. The double perovskite material can particularly be applied for serving as white light fluorescent materials. Formation of two sorts of B-site elements of the double perovskite is improved, part of B is replaced with C, part of B' is replaced with rare earth element Ln, and by controlling and replacing the corresponding mole fraction x and y, the near ultraviolet excited double perovskite single matrix white lightfluorescent material is accordingly obtained. Compared with YAG (yttrium aluminum garnet):Ce<3+>, the near ultraviolet excited double perovskite single matrix white light fluorescent material is widerin emission spectrum range, simple to prepare, and particularly suitable for being applied to white light LED (light-emitting diode) devices.

Light-emitting device and projecting system

The invention discloses a light-emitting device and a projecting system. The light-emitting device comprises a first wavelength converting material layer which is used for absorbing laser light and emitting mixed stimulated light, wherein the first wavelength converting material layer comprises a first face and a second face which are opposite; the first face is used for receiving exciting light; the light-emitting device additionally comprises a first wavelength converting material which is used for absorbing the exciting light and producing first stimulated light, and a second wavelength converting material which is used for receiving at least part of the first stimulated light and producing second stimulated light; the energy transformation efficiency of the first wavelength converting material is higher than that of the second wavelength converting material; and the light-emitting device also comprises an optical film which is positioned on one side of the second face close to the first wavelength converting material layer and is used for reflecting the first stimulated light and the second stimulated light from the first wavelength converting material layer. Compared with a light-emitting device separately using the first or the second wavelength converting material, the light-emitting device disclosed by the invention can obtain higher luminous flux of monochromatic light.
