Abstract

The invention discloses an oxygen adjusting and controlling device for a respirator. The oxygen adjusting and controlling device comprises a base, a high-pressure oxygen input assembly, a pressure adjusting valve, a proportional valve, a flow sensing output assembly, a low-pressure oxygen connector, an oxygen pressure measuring assembly and an atomizer output assembly, wherein high-pressure oxygenis inputted through the high-pressure oxygen input assembly, and then is adjusted by the pressure adjusting valve to be low-pressure oxygen; and the low-pressure oxygen flows in three paths: the first path of the low-pressure oxygen is subjected to flow adjusting by the proportional valve and the addition of external low-pressure oxygen which is inputted by the low-pressure oxygen connector, andis outputted by the flow sensing output assembly; the second path of the low-pressure oxygen is subjected to pressure measurement through the oxygen pressure measuring assembly; and the third path ofthe low-pressure oxygen is outputted to an external atomizer through the atomizer output assembly. According to the oxygen adjusting and controlling device for the respirator disclosed by the invention, the components are arranged on the base to form a highly-integrated integral module; and the components are in communication through channels in the base, and hoses are not needed for connection, so that the assembling, the adjusting and the maintaining are convenient and time-saving, the maintaining efficiency is improved, and the maintaining cost is reduced.
