The control structure comprisesa solenoid valve, a gas spring and a rocker. The middle part of the rocker is hinged to the side wall of the overhead bin through a first fixing shaft. The front end of the rocker is fixed to the inner side surface of the front cover of the overhead bin. The rear end of the rocker is hinged to an extension end of the gas spring. The middle rear part of the gas spring is hinged to the side wall ofthe overhead bin through a second fixing shaft. The rear end of the gas spring is equipped with a locking opening. The solenoid valve is fixed on the side wall of the overhead bin. The solenoid valveis provided with a telescopic locking column.
