The supporting structure is applied to the comprehensive pipe rack foundation pitof an over crossing municipal pipeline segment; two sides of the comprehensive pipe rack foundation pit comprise a first-stage put slope and a second-stage put slope adjacent to each other; the first-stage put slope is connected with a ground surface; the supporting structure comprises a bottom plate located on the bottom part of the foundation pit, a reinforced layer located at the lower end ofthe bottom plate, and four soil nails driven into the second-stage put slope; and grouting reinforcement is adopted. According to the supporting structure and the excavation method for the comprehensive pipe rack foundation pit provided by the invention, a supporting form with the put slopes and the soil nails is adopted on an over crossing segment due to the influence of a below sewage pipeline,and in addition, grouting reinforcement is adopted on the bottom part of the foundation pit on the over crossing segment, so that the structure strength of the periphery of the comprehensive pipe rackfoundation pit of the over crossing municipal pipeline segment is ensured.
