The fire early-warning method includes: constructing graph data structures between early-warning parameters of early-warning nodes and environment parameters in a target area where the early-warning nodes are located; constructing and training a target graph neural-network model according to the graph data structures; collecting actual environment parameters of the target area, and carrying out data preprocessing on the actual environment parameters; determining early-warning parameters of the early-warning nodes according to the actual environment parameters after preprocessing and the target graph neural-network model; and carrying out fire early-warning according tothe early-warning parameters. The graph data structures are constructed according to the early-warning parameters of the early-warning nodes and the environment parameters in the target area together, and can contain environment parameters with multi-dimension data. The target graph neural-network model is constructed and trained on the basis of the graph data structures, thus accurate fire early-warning can be carried out for the target area in a targeted manner, and reliability of fire early-warning is improved.
