system from a substation graphic model of a dispatching
master station to a GIS platform. The stock data initialization
system comprises a graphic model adaptive access tool, a graphic
model quality inspection tool, a graphic model conversion tool and a graphic model post-
processing tool; the graphic model adaptive access tool is used for receiving graphic model data of a dispatching
master station system and generating an intermediate
data structure; the graphic
model quality inspection tool is used for carrying out
complete data quality inspection on the graphic model data uploaded by the dispatching
master station system; the graphic model conversion tool reads graphic data of the intermediate
data structure and converts the graphic data into a GIS platform graphic model object; and the graphic model post-
processing tool performs post-
processing on the GIS platform graphic model object. According to the method, dispatching
automation substation graph models are seamlessly connected to the GIS platform, integrated fusion of the graphic models is achieved, association of the substation graphic models and the equipment ledger is completed, the equipment
hierarchical relation meeting the equipment ledger specification is constructed, one-network splicing with
power transmission and distribution lines is achieved, and one-network-based service integration application is supported.
