The invention discloses an ESB intelligent message routing optimization method based on reinforcement learning, and the method comprises the steps: deploying a Kafka ESB node, registering node information, and carrying out the heartbeat synchronization maintenance of a node state; the node registers an HTTP service, updates the state change, and synchronizes the service state between cities; summarizing node, service, message and dependency information, and constructing a four-dimensional routing state tensor; receiving a service request, generating a unique identifier, and executing state recombination and dependency recoding; inputting the comprehensive evaluation into a decision maker, and selecting an optimal routing path by utilizing MuZero prediction; and after the service is executed, analyzing the feedback factor, generating a feedback vector, and updating a routing enhancement strategy parameter. According to the method, intelligent optimization and continuous adaptive adjustment of ESB message routing in a cross-city asynchronous environment are realized by constructing a four-dimensional routing state tensor and a reinforcement learning decision-making mechanism based on MuZero.
