Abstract

The online heating device comprises a combustion heater and a gas circulating control system. Online heating can be performed on a workpiece clamped on a lathe. In the heating process, the heater is in a closed state, the workpiece does rotating movements, and the heating uniformity is ensured. After a preset temperature is reached through heating, the movable end of the heater is opened, a rolling tool rolls the circumferential surface of the workpiece, and the fixed end of the heater continues to perform heating and heat preserving on the workpiece in the rolling process. In the heating process, an igniting and temperature measuring device monitors the heating temperatureof the workpiece in real time and feeds back a temperature signal to the control system, and the control system adjusts the gas flow and controls the heating rate. The online heating device can be used for online heating assisted lathing, online heating assisted grinding and other experimental research or production application.
