The method comprises the following steps of acquiring a physical basic topology and a logic topology of an intersection; obtaining external geometric parameters; constructing intersection geometric topology according to the physical basic topology, the logic topology and the external geometric parameters; wherein the intersection geometric topology is used for describing geometric expressions and position relations of sign lines bearing traffic rules; when the intersection geometric topology is constructed, specifically, the physical basic topology is used as a reference system, the logic topology is used as a basis, the set derivation sequence is followed, the external geometric parameters are imported in sequence, and the geometric topology elements of the intersection are constructed. According to the embodiment of the invention, the intersection geometric topology is constructed according to the physical basic topology, the logic topology and the external geometric parameters, so that the intersection geometric topology is finer.
