The training device comprises an upper arm support rod, an upper arm connecting sleeve, an upper arm soft sleeve, an upper arm binding belt, a lower arm connecting sleeve, a lower arm binding belt, a lower arm soft sleeve, a lower arm support rod, a rotary clamping base, a fixing structure, a rotary chuck, a clockwork spring and a resistance adjusting button, wherein the rotary clamping base comprises a rotary base and a resistance adjusting shell. The upper limb rehabilitation training device withthe adjustable resistance in the invention is used for upper limb rehabilitation training; by utilization of the rotary clamping base, the freedom degree of a human-body elbow joint when an arm bendsand stretches is matched; the resistance at the position of the resistance adjusting shell is adjusted, so that the training difficulty of a patient is adjusted; upper limb muscles of the patient canbe sufficiently exercised; and rehabilitation of hemiplegic upper limbs can be easily realized.
