The second controller is communicated with the electronic device through a second transmission path. In a standard charging mode, the first transmission path is conducted, and the first controller requires the voltage conversion circuitto generate a first charging power supply for the electronic device. In a quick charging mode, the first controller determines whether the electronic device has a specific operating system.
