Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a soldering flux supply system and method. The system comprises a nozzle, a pressure liquid storage tank and a gas transmitter. The nozzle is provided with anoutput port for enabling soldering flux to flow out; the pressure liquid storage tank is provided with a cavity capable of containing the soldering flux and communicates with the nozzle; the solderingflux in the pressure liquid storage tank is conveyed towards the nozzle under the action of air pressure in the pressure liquid storage tank; and the gas transmitter communicates with the pressure liquid storage tank and is used for conveying gas for the pressure liquid storage tank and controlling the conveying amount of the gas so as to adjust the air pressure in the pressure liquid storage tank. According to the technical scheme, the flow of the soldering flux can be adjusted, and the soldering flux can be stably and accurately output.
