The decision prediction method comprises the steps of obtaining a case description text of a to-be-predicted case; performing word segmentation on the case description text to obtain a vocabulary sequence; obtaining a matrix formed by vocabulary vectors of all vocabularies in thevocabulary sequence; and inputting the matrix into a preset judgment prediction model to obtain judgment prediction information output by the preset judgment prediction model, thereby realizing accurate and intelligent prediction of judgment, facilitating improvement of the efficiency of criminal case judge, improving the justice and fairness of case judgment, and facilitating popularization of legal knowledge in the masses.
