Abstract

The invention discloses a forming process of artificial leather with a stereoscopic appearance effect. The forming process comprises steps as follows: 1) a material layer is added to release paper, abase layer is added above the material layer, and a leather base is formed; 2) after being dried and cured, the material layer is cured into a foaming material layer, the leather base is rotated by 180 degrees, release paper located on the surface of the foaming material layer is removed, and a release surface is formed on the upper surface of the foaming material layer; and 3) the release surfaceof the foaming material layer is embossed by a roller at the temperature of 220-240 DEG C, a plurality of embossed parts are formed on the release surface on the upper surface of the foaming materiallayer, and a release surface is formed between adjacent embossed parts.
