The method comprises the following steps: acquiring electrocardiogram lead data; obtaining electrocardiogram vector data in different coordinate axis directions according to the electrocardiogram lead data and KarDS relation matrix; determining an orthogonal electrocardiogram according to the electrocardio vector data in different coordinate axis directions; obtaining an R point of a QRS wave on the orthogonal electrocardiogram, and determining the duration of a QT interval and the duration of a QTp interval; and according to a QT interval measured value obtained in the QT interval duration, the QTp interval measured value obtained in the QTp interval duration and the R pointinterval duration of every two QRS waves, determining the index for reflecting ventricular muscle repolarization on the orthogonal electrocardiogram.
