Embodiment Construction

[0040] The technical solution of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and implementation.

[0041] 1. Research proposal

[0042] 1.1 Effects of different grass grid afforestation tree species on vegetation and soil characteristics

[0043] The sand-fixation restoration area established nearly 20 years ago was selected, and the grass grid afforestation tree species were selected as pure caragana, pure flower stick, mixed caragana and flower stick, mixed caragana and Azalea, and flower stick and Azalea mixed. 3 each.

[0044] 1.1.1 Vegetation survey:

[0045] The size of each sample plot is 100m×100m, and the topographic conditions of each sample plot should be similar. Three parallel transect lines with a length of 30m were set up in each plot, and the interval between two adjacent transect lines was 20m. On each transect, a 10m×10m quadrat is set every 10m for the investigation of shrubs, and a 1m×1m ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for studying the influence of straw-checkerboard afforestation on vegetation and soil characteristics. The method comprises the following steps: 1, influence of different straw-checkerboard afforested tree species on the vegetation and soil characteristics; 2, response of the relationship between soil characteristics and plant diversity on different terrain features of straw-checkboard afforestation; 3, influence of different sand stabilization measures on the relationship between the soil characteristics and plant diversity; 4, statistical analysis; and 5, comprehensive evaluation. According to the method, vegetation investigation, firstly, soil sampling and indoor analysis are performed by designing field tests, controlling conditions of different afforesting tree species, terrain features, sand stabilization measures and the like, selecting typical a sample field and setting a sample plot; and statistical analysis, model establishment and comprehensive analysis are performed to reveal the soil characteristics, plant diversity and the evolvement rule of the relationship between the soil characteristics and plant diversity to obtain the ecologicaleffect of straw-checkboard afforestation in semi-arid regions, so that theoretical foundation and practice guidance are provided to improvement of desertified grassland repairing technology.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of ecology, and relates to a research method for the influence of grass square afforestation on vegetation and soil characteristics. Background technique [0002] Fence enclosure, mechanical sand barrier sand fixation and artificial vegetation restoration measures are the main means of restoration and management of desertified grassland at present. The combination of mechanical sand barrier method and artificial vegetation is more widely used. At present, there are many researches at home and abroad on the degradation mechanism of desertified grassland, technical measures for vegetation restoration, demonstration and promotion of restoration management models; about the adaptation mechanism of artificial planting to desertified grassland, the response mechanism of rhizosphere soil microbiological characteristics to vegetation restoration, etc. research is relatively weak. The key direction of future resear...
