According to the control method, the single-chip microcomputer generates pulse signals from induction signals generated by the radar and counts the pulse signals, and the multiple of the count of the pulse signals in unit time and a set threshold value serves as a comparison value to control the lighting number of the LED lighting lamp sets. On one hand, the number of lightened LED lighting lamp sets can be correspondingly reduced, and electric energy consumption is reduced; and on the other hand, all the LED lighting lamp sets are lightened in turns.
