Provided is a hemiplegic forearm function recovery training device comprising a forearm mounting part (2) on which to mount a forearm (S), the forearm mounting part (2) comprising: a mounting body (20) comprising a forearm fixing part (22) on which to mount the forearm (S) and a grip mechanism (23) capable of being gripped with the hand of the forearm (S); an inner frame part (2B) capable of fitting with the mounting body (20) and rotating about the forearm (S); an outer frame part (2A) for guiding the inner frame part (2B) in the rotation direction thereof; and a control part for carrying outa series of control of, while acquiring rotation angle information relating to the inner frame part (2B), repeatedly carrying out normal rotation, stop, reverse rotation, and stop of the inner framepart (2B), controlling the angular velocity or acceleration of the inner frame part (2B) in the normal rotation so as to stimulate a training target muscle on the forearm mounting part (2), the training target muscle inducing muscle tone and stress reflex upon the muscle tone, and in the reverse rotation, imparting to the inner frame part (2B) resistance to sustain the stimulus to the training target muscle and maintain the muscle tone.
