Abstract

The invention provides an information processing method and device. The method is applied to an iterative decoding process of an LDPC code, and comprises the steps of receiving an LLR sequence; performing iterative decoding based on a check matrix H of the LDPC code, wherein the iterative decoding at least comprises iterative calculation of information alternately transmitted between m check nodesand n variable nodes; and outputting an iterative decoding result. Specifically, the information transmitted to a check node by a variable node is calculated based on a first iterative equation, wherein the first iterative equation is obtained by multiplying a first preset iterative equation by a first multiplicative factor, the calculation is any calculation of information transmitted to the check node by the variable node, the variable node is any one of n variable nodes, and the check node is any one check node in a set of check nodes adjacent to the variable node.
