Abstract

The invention provides a method and device for determining an examination sequence, and a management system. The method is applied to the management system. The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring reservation information of a plurality of patients; for each patient, determining estimated resting time, estimated scanning time and an estimated delayed resting time range of the patientbased on the reservation information of the patient, wherein the estimated resting time is the time from the injection of a tracer agent to the beginning of primary scanning, the estimated delayed resting time range is a time range from the injection of the tracer agent to the beginning of delayed scanning; and based on the estimated resting time, the estimated scanning time and the estimated delayed resting time range of the plurality of patients, automatically determining an estimated examination sequence for the plurality of patients, thereby alleviating the workload of the operation technology. According to the method, the examination sequence of the plurality of patients is reasonably arranged on the basis of the estimated resting time, the estimated scanning time and the estimated delayed resting time range of the plurality of patients, so the time for the patients to wait for injection of the tracer agent is shortened, and the utilization rate of PET equipment is increased.
