Abstract

The method comprises the steps: placing a single spray head at different height positions, and determining a spray amplitude range; measuring the volume medium diameters of all droplets in the spraying amplitude range to obtain a first real measurement value; dividing the first real measurement value to construct a modeling set and a prediction set; establishing a polynomial fitting formula by adopting a REGRESS function; placing the double nozzles at different heights and different spacing positions, and measuring the volume medium diameter of the droplets in a spray amplitude overlapping area to obtain a second real measurement value; determining simulation values of droplet volume medium diameters of first nozzle and the second nozzle; dividing the simulated values of the droplet volume medium diameters of the first nozzle and the second nozzle and a second real measurement value to construct a modeling set and a prediction set; performing quantitative modeling by adopting RBFNN to obtain a prediction model; and based on the simulation values of the droplet volume intermediate diameters of the first and second nozzles, the second real measurement value and the prediction model, determining the droplet volume medium diameter ofthe superposition area.
