Embodiment 1

[0030] 1 g of polyethyleneimine (PEI, molecular weight: 600 Da, purity: 99%, Shanghai Aladdin Reagent Company) was added into a 100 mL round bottom flask, and then 50 mL of absolute ethanol solution was slowly added. Stir magnetically until the PEI is completely dissolved to obtain a colorless and transparent solution, then add 1 g of 1,3 propane sultone (purity: 99%, Shanghai Aladdin Reagent Company) and 0.416 mL of ammonia solution to the solution in sequence, at 50 ° C After continuing to stir the reaction for 24h, a viscous ethanol solution of sulfonated polyethyleneimine (SPEI) was obtained. Finally, by filtration and freeze-drying, the SPEI solid with a sulfonation degree of 15.8% was obtained and stored in a desiccator.

Embodiment 2

[0032] The difference from Example 1 is that the amount of propane sultone added is 0.5 g, and the sulfonation degree is 7.5%.

Embodiment 3

[0034] The difference from Example 1 is that the amount of propane sultone added is 2 g, and the sulfonation degree is 32.7%.

Abstract

The invention relates to sulfonated polyethyleneimine and a nanofiltration membrane, and preparation methods thereof. The sulfonated polyethyleneimine is obtained by a ring-opening reaction of polyethyleneimine and sultone. The sulfonated polyethyleneimine is used as a water-phase monomer to prepare the loose nanofiltration membrane through interfacial polymerization. Due to introduction of sulfonic acid groups, the polarity of the monomer is improved, and the solubility of the monomer in an oil phase is reduced, so the process of interfacial polymerization is inhibited; and finally, a polyamide separation surface layer with a loose structure is obtained. Based on the unique structure and properties of the sulfonated polyethyleneimine, the prepared nanofiltration membrane has the characteristics of high water flux, high dye interception and high salt permeation, and is suitable for treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of separation membranes and preparation methods thereof, and in particular relates to sulfonated polyethyleneimine, nanofiltration membranes and preparation methods thereof. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of the current printing and dyeing industry, it is urgent to adopt environmentally friendly means to treat and discharge it. Most of the traditional treatment methods use adsorption or chemical precipitation, etc., but the separation efficiency is low and the valuable inorganic salts (5-6wt% sodium chloride and sodium sulfate) in the wastewater cannot be recovered. Loose nanofiltration membranes have attracted extensive attention due to their high dye rejection and low salt rejection. At present, the preparation of loose nanofiltration membranes mostly focuses on doping various inorganic nanomaterials, but the agglomeration and cost problems of these nanomaterials seriously restrict its fur...
