The method comprises the steps that new temperature measuring points are supplemented on the basis of typical temperature measuring points so as to represent temperature field distribution of a steam turbine cylinder body; measuring point temperatures of the typical temperature measuring point and the supplementary temperature measuring point are collected and transmitted in real time, and the collected temperatures of the measuring points are displayed on a monitoring display screen in different colors from low temperature to high temperature; and in the warming-up process, the parameters of the heating steam are adjusted in real time according to the difference between the temperature of each measuring point and the temperature of the heating steam so that cylinder warming-up self-adaptive adjustment is realized.
