According to the oven, when the fan of thehot air assembly operates, air in the cooking cavity enters the air cavity through the air outlet under the action of the fan and is heated into hot air in the air cavity, and the hot air moves forwards along the air return channel and returns to the cooking cavity through the air inlet, so that a hot air circulation process is formed.
