The formation equipment for the special-shapedparts of the vehicle comprises a bearing containing device, a formation driving device installed in the bearing containing device, a positioning stamping device which is arranged on an output end of the formation driving device and used for forming the to-be-stamped special-shaped parts and two special-shaped part bearing devices which are arranged on the two sides of the positioning stamping device and used for continuously conveying the multiple to-be-stamped special-shaped parts, wherein the positioning stamping device swings back and forth under driving of the formation driving device in the circumference direction. According to the work method, through two-way reciprocating processing operation, continuous secondary stamping can be completed, and thus the stamping efficiency is improved compared with the prior art.
