Abstract

An embodiment of the invention discloses a detecting report generating method and device, equipment and a computer storage medium. The method comprises the steps of acquiring object information of a sample; acquiring information detected by a high-flux molecule of the sample, wherein the information detected by the high-flux molecule comprises microbe information; based on the microbe informationand interpreting information of microbe in an interpreting knowledge database, determining clinical interpreting information of the microbe in the sample; and based on the object information, the information detected by the high-flux molecule and the clinical interpreting information, generating the detecting report of the sample. Therefore, the information of the interpreting report of the information detected by the high-flux molecule is more comprehensive and standard. Furthermore the method improves interpreting efficiency of the information detected by the high-flux molecule, and preventsdefects of incomplete artificial detected information interpreting and overlong time consumption.
