Abstract

By means of the amplitude variation control system, the problem that an existing amplitude variation control system is unreliable and poorin stability is solved. The amplitude variation control system comprises an oil box, a hydraulic pump, a first reversing valve, a second reversing valve, a proportional flow quantity valve and a working oil cylinder, wherein the working oil cylinder comprises a rodless cavity and a rod cavity, the hydraulic pump is used for inputting hydraulic oil inside the oil box into the rodless cavity or therod cavity of the working oil cylinder through the first reversing valve, the first reversing valve is provided with one first position for being connected with the rodless cavity of the working oilcylinder through the second reversing valve, one second position for neutral position cut-off and one third position for being connected with the rod cavity of the working oil cylinder, the second reversing valve is provided with one first position for communicating with the rodless cavity of the working oil cylinder and one second position for the cut-off, and the proportional flow quantity valvecommunicates with the rodless cavity of the working oil cylinder through the second reversing valve when the first reversing valve is at the third position and is matched with the oil returning flowquantity of the rodless cavity and the oil inlet flow quantity of the rod cavity. The amplitude variation control system has the advantages of being simple in structure, stable in performance, long inservice life and the like.
