The invention provides a method and device for segmenting a region of interest in a medical image, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: building a grid modelfor the region of interest of the medical image, and enabling the space coordinates in the region of interest to serve as grid vertexes of the grid model; when the grid vertexes are not located on theedge of the region of interest, calculating the similarity between the pixel feature where the grid vertex coordinate is located and the pixel feature of the space coordinate, the distance between which and the grid vertex being a preset movement vector, and moving the grid vertex according to the actual movement vector, the distance between the actual movement vector and the similarity being inpositive correlation, and the direction of the actual movement vector being the same as the direction of the preset movement vector; and under the condition that the grid vertex is located on the edgeof the region of interest, segmenting the region of interest in the medical image according to the grid model subjected to grid vertex movement.
