Abstract

The manufacturing method is characterized in that arranging thin-walled square steel tubes at certain intervals is carried out, then flat steel strips are mounted on the thin-walled square steel tubes by adopting self-tapping screws, the distance between the flat steel strips can be determined by design calculation, after all the flat steel strips are mounted, a steel skeleton of the composite wall is formed; and then, wall panels are installed on the two sides of the steel skeleton by utilizing the self-tapping screws special for the wall panels to serve as a template for pouring phosphogypsum, a built-in core mold for guaranteeing the hollow section of a wall bodyis inserted, then the phosphogypsum is poured, after the phosphogypsum is initially set, the core mold is taken out, and manufacturing of the thin-wall square steel pipe-phosphogypsum hollow sectioncomposite wall is completed. Afterwards, after the strength and the water content required by the design are achieved through maintenance, the thin-wall square steel tube-phosphogypsum hollow sectioncomposite wall can be transported to a construction site and installation is carried out.
