Abstract

According to the assembly type PC prefabricated component manufacturing processing method disclosed by the invention, an unloading mechanism isarranged below a hopper, and telescopic length of a first electric pushing rod can be controlled to control opening degree of a dropping hole, so that a dropping rate of concrete is changed. An edge vibrating mechanism below a hopper is matched with a center vibrating mechanism, so that vibrating efficiency is improved; the edge vibrating mechanism utilizes the lever principle to vibrate concreteoutside the framework of steel reinforcement; and the center vibrating mechanism utilizes gear rack transmission to vibrate concrete in the framework of steel reinforcement, so that horizontal movement along with the hopper is achieved during vertical vibrating, and therefore, a vibrating range of the vibrating device is expanded.
