Abstract

The invention discloses a targeted growth factor for promoting scar endometrium reconstruction of infertile women and an application of the targeted growth factor. The collagen-targeted basic fibroblast growth factor is a protein formed by fusing a basic fibroblast growth factor and a collagen binding domain. Experiments prove that after collagen-targeted basic fibroblast growth factor treatment, the menstrual blood volume, the endometrium thickness and the scar endometrium area of each infertility patient are all improved. Histological study shows that the blood vessel density is obviously increased. Three patients keep pregnancy 20 weeks after pregnancy. One patient gives birth to a healthy baby. The collagen-targeted basic fibroblast growth factor is injected into the endometrium in a multi-point mode, so that the angiogenesis capacity and proliferation capacity of the endometrium are improved, and the persistent pregnancy rate is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, and in particular relates to a targeted growth factor for promoting scar endometrium reconstruction in infertile women and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] Endometrial adhesions (IUAs), also known as Asherman syndrome (AS), are the result of traumatic or inflammatory infestation of the endometrium and are a major cause of uterine infertility. For symptomatic IUAs, hysteroscopic adhesiolysis to restore normal anatomy of the uterine cavity is currently the only recommended approach. However, recurrence of IUAs is very common and difficult to treat, especially with severe adhesions. The endometrium is a unique cyclic tissue regeneration system that relies on the periodic growth and regression of endometrial blood vessels. Severe damage to the endometrium, that is, to the subepithelial capillary plexus, leads to blockage of endometrial regeneration. Natural cells, including epithe...
