An interval is arranged between each inner-layer water separating plate and the corresponding outer-layer water separating plate, and an inner arc-shaped groove benttowards the inner side is formed in the inner-layer water separating plate. An outer arc-shaped groove corresponding to the corresponding inner arc-shaped groove is formed in each outer-layer water separating plate. Channels for allowing positioning columns to penetrate are formed by the inner arc-shaped grooves and the outer arc-shaped grooves.
