Mapping files corresponding to files in all the data sources and metadata of all the mapping files are created in the database system in advance. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring target query statements for a created mapping file; analyzing the target query statements to obtain a query object and a query action; acquiring an access address from metadata containing the target library name and the target file name and using the access address as a target address; utilizing a target query instruction to obtain a query result corresponding to the target query statement from a data source in a target node with the target address, wherein the target query instruction is a query instruction used for executing the query action on the query object; and outputting an output result corresponding to the target query statement based on the query result.
