Abstract

The invention provides a food composition and a pharmaceutical composition used for increasing the exercise performance and ameliorating fatigue. An isolated lactic acid bacteria strain: Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum OLP-01 strain for increasing exercise performance and ameliorating fatigue is disclosed.
